Number of Bartenders shown are included, unless stated on our menus. You can add additional Bartenders for $100 each if you feel the number included with your package is insufficient. Your party will enjoy uninterrupted Bar Service, unless you would like us to close the bar for a period of time at your request. We have a portable bar available and can be used with 500 or more guests. It provides your Beer and Wine only.
All listed Alcohol counts are based on 1 Liter Bottles
Wine: We recommend Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, and Merlot. One Bottle for 8 guests is recommended.
A 5-Liter box serves approx. 50 guests
Champagne: One bottle for 8 guests is recommended.
Beer: 5 to 6 Cases per 100 people. No Keg Beer Allowed. These are only suggested amounts. Use this chart only as a guide.
If you would like shots, please supply your own plastic shots cups. We do not supply shot cups.
On the day before your event, you may bring your alcoholic beverages into our facility (but not before that day). Please have all alcohol and beer delivered warm. You must provide all liquor, wine, champagne, beer, and other alcoholic beverages of any type (hereinafter “alcoholic beverages”) to be consumed at your event. All your alcoholic beverages remaining at the end of your event must be taken home by you at the end of your event. You must follow all state and local laws regarding the dispensing of alcoholic beverages. In addition, you specifically agree that you and your guests will not provide any alcoholic beverage to a minor or to any person of any age who is, in our opinion, intoxicated. In addition, you must also comply with all local and state laws concerning the use of drugs; and you agree to cooperate and assist in efforts to have all of your guests comply with all state and local liquor laws, drug use laws, fire department regulations and all other laws and regulations that require persons to conduct themselves in a safe and civil manner.
